World-Class Fitness in 100 Words

  • ■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
    ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
    ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
    ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.

CrossFit Emerald Coast Grand Re-Opening!

We're back!  We are having our Grand Re-Opening in Bluewater Bay, FL inside Body Dynamics Gym on August 8th, 2009 from 10:30am - 12:30pm!  Everyone is invited so bring your friends, family, and fellow crossfitters.  

We will have a free CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day) for anyone who wants to try it out at 11:30am.  Please arrive at least 20 minutes early if you wish to participate in the WOD!  Even if you are not working out, you won't want to miss it!  This is a great opportunity to see CrossFit in action.  We look forward to seeing everyone there.  If you have any questions, contact one of the CrossFit Emerald Coast trainers.
