Five rounds for time of:
- 20 overhead lunges (alternating legs) with 45# barbell
- 21 burpees
Post time to comments
OK, just a final reminder on the upcoming schedule:
- We will be closed tomorrow and Saturday (the 23rd and 24th)
- There will be three classes per day next week Monday-Thursday at 7:00am, 4:00pm, and 5:15pm
- Friday the 30th we will resume our regular schedule
Here's Jeff showing a great 'pain face' during this morning's class

12:34 with 6# weighed vest. Lunges all unbroken but the burpees were slow! Legs were super burning even on the first round!

45lbs barbell + 6lbs weighted vest
16:47
Used Michael weighted vest for this WOD. Burpees felt extra difficult with the vest on, especially the vest didn't fit my body correctly ;)
Yeah Jeff...So Strong!!!
We will miss you guys!!!

Missed this WOD today. Put our students out on a self paced 6 mile march today and I conducted it as well.
70# + 162# bodyweight = 232 total #
Time (I did 6.5 miles actually):
68 minutes. I think I ran for all but 800 meters or so.
Yea, decided that would be my WOD for the day.

13:36 as Rx'd
too many 'lapse of character' breaks during burpees.

Burpees made my legs burn! Lunges felt good when I thought I was using the 35# barbell...but to my dismay, I was using the 15# bar! :-( Doesn't make my legs hurt any less...just deflates my ego a tad bit! :-)

Nice job on the WOD yesterday everyone - especially those of you who are new to CFEC! Kim and I will see you again late next week - keep up the great efforts!
